Add another user's mailbox in Outlook 2007

Permanent use

  • Go to Tools menu > Account Settings
  • Double-click "Microsoft Exchange" in the list of profiles.
  • Press the "More Settings" button.
  • Select the "Advanced" tab.
  • Press the "Add" button.
  • Type the person's name (or part of their name).
  • Press OK, Next, Finish, etc. until you're back at your inbox.

One-time use

  • Go to File menu > Open > Another User's Folder
  • Type the person's name (or part of their name).
    This approach is good for one-time use, but you can't view subfolders
