Add another user's mailbox in Outlook 2007¶
Permanent use¶
- Go to Tools menu > Account Settings
- Double-click "Microsoft Exchange" in the list of profiles.
- Press the "More Settings" button.
- Select the "Advanced" tab.
- Press the "Add" button.
- Type the person's name (or part of their name).
- Press OK, Next, Finish, etc. until you're back at your inbox.
One-time use¶
- Go to File menu > Open > Another User's Folder
- Type the person's name (or part of their name).
This approach is good for one-time use, but you can't view subfolders
