* v1.8 12/15/18 Added 10.b to account for work delays when more information is needed.
* v1.7 8/30/18: Added 12.b to state limitation of liability for issues resulting from other applications hosted on same server as client site that are not covered by a maintenance plan.
* v1.6 8/23/18: Removed 1.a.i terms for hosting of early adopters before June 2016. Updated contact information in sections 10 and 17.
* v1.5 12/11/15: Initial contract version.
