* Go to *Tools menu > Account Settings*

* Double-click "Microsoft Exchange" in the list of profiles.

* Press the "More Settings" button.

* Select the "Advanced" tab.

* Press the "Add" button.

* Type the person's name (or part of their name).

* Press OK, Next, Finish, etc. until you're back at your inbox.
